Crucible is an initiative to catalyse the creation of 100 world-class schools for remarkable teenagers across Sub-Saharan Africa by 2045. Through these schools, we plan to have a transformational impact on African economies in the 21st Century, substantially expanding the quantity of outstanding future African leaders.

We have set a target of launching 100 schools by 2045 and hope to support many more in the years afterwards. Crucible will connect the capital, people and methodologies necessary to create those new schools and offer governance and financial control services to ensure education quality and financial sustainability. We will not manage schools but will promote information sharing and champion effective methods and technologies.
